Terms and Conditions

Approval & Administration

Participants are required to sign the Unit Loan Letter provided by the official BRAWIUM Indonesia team before the unit is sent or used.

The unit remains the full property of BRAWIUM Indonesia during the trial period.


Installation & Training

The BRAWIUM Indonesia representation team will:

  • Deliver the unit to the location (if approved by the team).
  • Provide training on correct use.
  • Provides standard operational maintenance & cleaning guidelines.


Participant Obligations During the Trial

Participants must:

  • Use the unit according to the guidelines that have been taught.
  • Do not modify the unit in any way.
  • Do not move the unit to another location without written consent from BRAWIUM Indonesia.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and physical condition of the unit.


Damage & Penalty

If damage occurs due to:

  • Use that is not in accordance with team directions,
  • Negligence (falling, hard impact, short circuit due to water, etc.),
  • then participants are required to pay compensation/penalty fees according to the results of the technical inspection from the BRAWIUM Indonesia team.


Trial Duration & Termination

The duration of the trial is determined by agreement between both parties.

BRAWIUM Indonesia has the right to stop the trial at any time if the unit is used in a way that is not in accordance with the agreement or has the potential to cause damage.


Rights & Authorities of BRAWIUM Indonesia

BRAWIUM Indonesia has the right to:

Reject applications without obligation to provide reasons.

Recall the unit at any time if any violation of the terms of use is found.

Conduct unit inspections before and after the trial period.
