Warranty Terms and Conditions
Coverage and Duration
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use:
- Home Use : 7 years from the date of purchase (<20 cycles in a day)
- Commercial Use : 1 year from the date of purchase (>20 cycles in a day)
*Our technician will be able to check the engine to determine the total usage duration per day.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty Services
During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any product proven to be defective in materials or workmanship. To obtain warranty service, contact our Customer Success Department and provide:
- Proof of purchase (invoice)
- Product serial number
- Clear photo or video of the defect (unboxing video is mandatory if defect found upon arrival)
Exclusions
This warranty does
not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or exposure to liquids in motor or electronic components.
- Operation beyond the intended capacity such as continuous blending cycles exceeding the machine’s duty cycle (e.g., running more than 30 minutes without 5-10 minutes of resting).
- Damage from improper ingredient use, such as blending:- 100% frozen foods (less fiber fruit) or ingredients without liquid or soft base - Non-food items or thick dough- Extremely hard substances (e.g., bones, nuts without soaking)
- Unauthorized alterations, self-repairs, or servicing by non-authorized technicians.
- Normal wear and tear of consumable parts such as blades, containers, lids, and rubber seals.
- Staining or rusting due to poor cleaning practices.
Limitations
Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product under this warranty. We are not responsible for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits or business interruption caused by machine downtime
Claim Procedure
- Contact our Customer Success Department within 24 hours after discovering the defect.
- Provide:- Detailed description of the issue- Proof of purchase and unboxing video
- Follow the instructions provided by our Customer Service Team for returning the product if required.
- Warranty remains valid only within the original coverage period, even if repairs or replacements are made.
Guidelines for Commercial Use
Installation and Training
BRAWIUM Indonesia offers an installation and training session (upon request) to demonstrate correct usage and cleaning methods. Improper installation or cleaning may void the warranty. Never use water to clean the motor base. Only the container and lid should be washed.
Usage Recommendations
For Slow Juicer
- Avoid overuse or do not use turmeric or ginger without cutting them according to the direction of their fibers.
- High-fiber ingredients (such as leafy greens or almond, oat, edamame and etc.) with low water content can cause clogging, preventing juice from flowing and making cleaning difficult. Be sure to add water or combine them with fruits that have higher water content to help the juicing process run smoothly.
For Heavy Duty Blender
- Do not run the blender continuously for more than 3 minutes per cycle; allow a 1-minute cooling pause between heavy uses.
- Always include a minimum liquid ratio when blending frozen or dense ingredients to avoid overheating or blade jamming.
- Never exceed 70% of jar capacity for thick recipes like nut butter or frozen smoothie bowls.
- Ensure proper ventilation and avoid covering the motor housing during operation.
General maintenance or replacement of consumable parts.
- Normal wear and tear, including rust or stains.
- Any unethical business practices contradictory to trade ethics.
Additional Provisions
- The warranty duration does not reset after repair or replacement.
- Any violation, including self-repair, liquid exposure, or non-compliance with usage guidelines, voids this warranty.
- All repairs must be conducted by authorized BRAWIUM technicians only.
- The limited warranty starts from the original date of purchase.
General Provisions
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by country. Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty.
